●Refunds/exchange
Here at Fahmina's Beauty Glam aim is to always provide best possible of service and products experience. Refund and exchange is not accepted and that is due to hygiene protection.
●Health & safety
Fahmina's Beauty Glam is not responsible for anyone's allergy related issues. Please check the products descriptions on website. All the products are crafted with care and are both vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
●Shipping
It takes 3 working days and possibly 1-2 weeks, it all varies if we get busy with large customers. Please be patient. All the products are carefully packed and taped with 'Fragile' to prevent damage. However, if for some reason you receive damaged items, please contact us and we will find a solution. All items are shipped with Royal Mail within the 48-hour service. You will be notified via email.
●Missing/lost parcel
Please ensure that you provide the correct address before placing an order. Contact us soon as possible to amend the address. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are no longer held responsible for any lost/missing parcel. Please also be informed that we will not be held responsible if the package goes missing, even if you provide us with your correct address. In case of any issues, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly.
